photoboothing it again

when spring decides to hide and rain + thunder decide to come out to play instead the best thing to do is open up photobooth and just take awesome photos of yourself.

my hair is more blonder now as you can tell but i'm considering adding darker roots.what do you guys think?

you will see the colour better when i take proper photos.

welcome spring

crop tops and easy t-shirts is all i am going to be living in this summer.

these are a few that you will be seeing in future outfit posts.

i've gotten two amazing packages in the post this week and now i am so ready for summer so i can wear all my new shiny things.

oh yeah and the leather shorts which i will be wearing in an upcoming post probably.

ps. welcome spring! let's hope it heats up really soon so i can maybe wear some of the things before i jet off overseas where i will be greeted by fall.

the botanic garden

spent the day out at botanic gardens with the whole family today. all of us.

took some video footage for you guys as well so you can watch me being a loser.

after botanics mum and i went shopping while everyone else went home.

my feet were so dead by the time i got home, even managed to get some blisters.

i finally found a pair of black leather shorts and i can't wait to wear those!

also bought some random bits and pieces for summer time. i am a major major money waster + impulse buyer.

letty from la dama was kind enough to send me this gorgeous hand chain piece and i couldn't be more happy about it. i've wanted one like this for a while now.

iced mocha from the supermarket.

this was taken yesterday. my day today has been pretty damn lazy, even my outfit was just thrown on ( if you follow me on twitter you would have seen the outfit shot i twitpic-ed(?) )

enjoying some japanese green tea now and dreaming about warmer days + my trip back home which is in a about a month or so.

looking forward to blogging from over there! i will need to get internet set up as soon as i land.

litter

litter is the bomb. seriously been obsessed with the jewellery + the girls who make it for ages now so you can imagine my excietment when i got all these goodies.

this shoe piece makes these leopard wedges look so much more kick ass now.

and how incredible is this ear ring? i think i'll be wearing this around a lot from now on + it gives me an excuse to have my hair up in a messy bun all the time.

the cold weather makes me do strange things, such as posing around in my room wearing thigh high socks and a shirt. the heater was cranking full blast while these were being taken.

i got a few exciting packages in the mail yesterday from litter and la dama and i can't wait to share those with you guys!

i attempted to do some thrift shopping today but failed miserably. i didn't find anything at all but i guess that might have to do with the fact that i just kind of run past and scan everything without even touching it. i guess i'm not really cut out for it.

it was raining the whole day so i was trying to avoid getting soaked on my way from the car to the shops and i got pretty lucky with the rain stopping every time i walked out.

i changed the shoe laces on these wedges to a white pair. the poor shoes that are currently shoe lace - less are my pair of adidas running shoes which have been collecting dust lately so it's okay really. now they will be collecting dust even more...

i'm also thinking about getting a black pair of the same shoes..

yesterday was another gorgeous day so mum and i decided to enjoy the sunshine and go in to town for a bit.

we went to china town first and even though it was mostly closed with only a few stores open we still managed to look around through the supermarkets and a bakery and buy some delicious food that we later on ate with mini soy lattes.

we also shared an amazing ferrero rocher ice-cream that i need to go and get more often.

it's back to rainy and cold weather today unfortunately but that's okay, spring is just around the corner!

double denim + a pelican.

i had such an amazing day today. the sun was shining, i had an iced coffee in my hand and i was at my favourite place in adelaide. it's my goal to come here everyday once spring/summer arrive so i can walk/jog on the beach and watch the pelicans!

i am have some weird fascination with them, they are huge and so damn beautiful to me.

i have also decided that from now on all i am going to buy is button down white shirts and wear them every single day. it is the best and easiest item of clothing to wear + it always look good.
